BEFORE WE START

• I hereby apply for membership of Zero Bond New York. If accepted, I agree to be bound by the standards of the venue.
• Please note that all sections must be completed in order for this application to be submitted to the Membership Committee.
• Any application missing information will be deemed incomplete and not considered.
• All information shall be treated in confidence.
• A clear and recent headshot must be included.
• A letter of recommendation from a current member is highly encouraged. Applicants without a recommendation from a current member may be asked to meet with our membership team.
• Zero Bond's current membership dues and initiation fees are as follows:
  
  
  • General Membership dues are $3,850 per annum, plus a one-time initiation fee of $1,000.
  • Under-30 Membership dues are $2,750 per annum, plus a one-time initiation fee of $750.
  • Over-45 Membership dues are $4,400 per annum, plus as one-time initiation fee of $5,000. 
• Under-30 applicants must be under 30 years of age at the time of acceptance, and pay the lower rate until their 30th birthday.
• Applicants over 45 years of age at the time of acceptance will be considered for Over-45 membership.
• Both membership dues and initiation fees are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
• Your provided billing details will not be charged until your membership application has been reviewed and accepted by our Membership Committee.
• This form will take around ten minutes to complete.
